Resilience Resources was founded by Rebecca Carlson, in 2018. At Resilience Resources, we believe resilience in the natural and built environment is critical to health, well-being and prosperity for all. This belief drives our purpose: to support local, state and federal governments and private clients in cultivating resilience and managing risk through our expertise in planning, facilitation, science and engineering.  We help our clients develop and achieve water, natural resource and infrastructure goals, develop partnerships and measure and communicate outcomes across stakeholders for the greater good.
